If the items you receive are damaged, or they are not conforming to the order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us a return request within ten days. We will immediately act to assist you.
The procedure to request a replacement of the goods or a refund is simple. Access the section “Your Orders” on the Profile you placed the order from and then click “Return Items”. Fill in the Request Form in all its fields and explain the reason. Remember that in order to request a return it is always necessary to show the original invoice.
Finally, send a registered letter with return receipt, or an e-mail with receipt confirmation to the address: [email protected], containing: a statement of your will to avail yourself of the right of withdrawal, an indication of the product, the order number and the data of your banking account (bank name, branch, account number). We will come back to you in 24 hours to propose the best solution.
